Ellen's genuine passion for workplace culture ensures she strategically builds high-performing teams, leverages the perfect balance of organizational talent and project management expertise, which provides the optimal efficiency to drive results.
Chief Operations Officer
Bryan is a business operations leader who has proven experience in both small business, turnaround and high-growth companies. Bryan excels in the development of business operations and methodology, people development, and enterprise-wide strategic planning. He has a deep understanding of operations and how to develop systems to best streamline process, providing ease of execution to lead a unified vision and purpose. Bryan's gregarious leadership style has enabled him to manage the development of numerous new business openings, programs and processes that deliver strong, sustainable, and easy-to-execute results.
Chief Marketing Officer
Brad is an experienced marketing executive who has a passion for positioning brands and teams to be successful within a very complex business environment. He’s a strategic brand builder that can build the tactical framework to drive sales and traffic. He works closely with multiple private equity partners, board of director stakeholders, and has a deep understanding of the P&L and how to maximize the bottom line. Brad's insatiable creativity combined with his analytical expertise allows him to differentiate the brand while driving profitable business growth sales.
